The Overfill Alert Gauge is a high-level visual gauge designed to visually alert you that your AST (tank) is near full. This overfill monitor’s simple pop up mechanical design promotes easy installs, maximum durability, and low upfront costs.
Also, by purchasing our audible Overfill Alarm Accessory, you can turn your visual overfill gauge into an audible overfill alarm.
The Overfill Gauge has also been approved by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for overfill prevention on AST’s.

Type OF-S1 overfill gauge
This model of pop-up overfill alert gauge (stainless level one) has standard stainless steel wetted rods, polypropylene floats, and aluminum bushing.

This model of pop-up overfill alert gauge (all plastic-type PO) has the glass calibration, a PVC gauge guard, PVC bushing, Peek plastic rods, and polypropylene float.

Overfill Alert Gauge Accessories
There are a number of additional accessories each client can choose from to meet specific needs. These accessories include:
- Direct Mount Alarms – an audible alarm that mounts directly to the gauge to provide your choice of overfill or low-level warnings
- Remote Mount Alarms – an audible alarm that can be remotely wired to provide your choice of overfill or low-level warnings
- Aluminum Lock Nut – replaces the red lock nut for added durability.
- Gauge Guard – protective cover that replaces the red locking nut providing protection from physical damage and weathering damage (it also helps with passing fire inspections)
- Glass Calibration – provides increased protection from heat, fumes, and weathering (it also helps with passing fire inspections
