Krueger Sentry Guage’s line of high-quality gauge products can be customized to meet our customers’ unique application requirements. In addition to customizing materials, we also offer customization options for size, fittings, and bushings. Our flexible manufacturing process allows us to easily deliver tailored guage solutions without significant price increases. Types of Gauges

At Krueger Sentry Gauge, we offer the following types of gauges:

• Liquid Level Gauges. Liquid level gauges are top-mounted mechanical gauges designed to monitor liquid levels in aboveground storage tanks. Our liquid level gauges are capable of measuring a wide selection of media and offer numerous benefits, including durability, accuracy, minimal maintenance, ease of reading from a distance, high temperature and pressure resistance, and more.
• Leak Detection Gauges. These gauges are responsible for detecting leaks in the annular/interstitial spaces of double-wall aboveground storage tanks. Our leak detection gauges offer durability, quick installation, and minimal upkeep. They can also be customized in-house to meet unique customer specifications.
• Overfill Protection Gauges. Overfill protection gauges provide visual alerts when your aboveground storage tank is nearly full. Our overfill protection gauges include monitors with a simple pop-up mechanical design that facilitates simple installation, enhanced durability, and low upfront costs.
• Gauge Accessories. We offer a range of gauge accessories, including remote displays, repair kits, audible alarms, and material upgrades that retrofit to gauges you already have in the field.

Sizing

Krueger Sentry Gauge can manufacture gauges in any size you require between 6 and 144 inches. Within that size range, we can also accommodate any dead space requirements for your tank. Dead space can be defined as the following:

• Double-wall space
• Insulation
• Pipe risers
• Air space (if you need the gauge to prevent overfills, provide expansion space, or read full early)

In addition to the customizations you see in our normal manufacturing process, we also offer additional customization options. Our machine shop can produce custom bushings for various sizes and thread types. We have a range of CNC machines and manual lathes that allow us to create almost anything your application requires, such as:

• Larger thread sizes
• BSP threads or other thread types
• Vented bushings (soon to be a standard offering)
